Originally from Chatham, New Jersey, Niamh co-founded Theater Leadership for Change (TLC), a student-led charity that produces a musical each year and donates ticket proceeds to a related cause. This is where she discovered a love for music directing and collaborative leadership.
Her goal as an educator is to create a classroom where students feel safe to take risks, listen deeply, and discover their own artistic voices.
